Proper deep facial cleansing does not leave marks and redness on your skin. At Nefer, smegma extraction is done exclusively with the fingers, without the use of “tools” such as tire comedone etc., which irritate the skin and can injure it. We always adhere to hygiene rules (disposable gloves & gauzes, disposable needles, appropriate skin antiseptics etc.).
After 3 hours, the skin has regained its initial condition without black spots. If the skin has acne, then it will take a few more hours for the irritation to go away.
It is a myth that after cleansing the pores open and remain open forever and so repeated facial cleansing sessions are required.

How long does a session last?
The duration of a session depends on the area (face or body) as well as the condition of the skin. The average treatment time for the face ranges from 10 to 15 minutes.
For areas of the face or body with rougher skin, more time per session may be required.
When will I see results?
The results are immediately visible from the very first session, at the end of which the texture and appearance of the skin are noticeably improved, free from black marks.
With successive sessions, further gradual improvement is expected.
Are there any side effects with diamond dermabrasion?
Diamond dermabrasion with the Pristine device makes it very safe for the skin as it is award-winning and FDA-approved for safe use. However, there are some conditions where it is not applied, such as:
- Wounds
- Inflammation of the epidermis
- Active acne
- Cysts
- Herpes
- Over moles
- Medication with isotretinoin (allowed after 6 months)
- Topical systemic treatment for acne (allowed after 3 months and again after the beautician judges that the skin is not dehydrated and dry)

Standard Deep Facial Cleansing
Deep Facial Cleansing is an essential and fundamental care for all skin types and all ages, with different frequencies for each skin type.
By opening blocked pores and black spots, excess oxidized sebum and dead skin cells are removed. The skin becomes clean and smooth.
With deep facial cleansing, the aesthetician has the opportunity to understand the needs and reactions of your skin in order to recommend the appropriate treatments for your skin.

Sebum extraction in Deep Facial Cleansing is done with the most advanced microdermabrasion system, Pristine™, awarded and approved by the FDA, in combination with manual techniques.
